Kate Hudgins, Ph,D, TEP: Dr. Hudgins is a national and international Trainer, Educator and Practitioner of Psychodrama with a PhD in clinical psychology. She has written three books, the most recent being Experiential Therapy from Trauma to Post-traumatic Growth: Therapeutic Spiral Model. (Hudgins, K and Durost, S. 2022. She has brought TSM to 50 countries around the world in helping w natural disasters as well childhood trauma. She is recipient of the Innovators Award for developing a safe way to work with trauma and also the Scholar Award for her first book from the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (ASGPP). She is the creator and founder of the Therapeutic Spiral International.
Steven Durost, PhD, LCMHC, REAT, PAT, TSM Trainer: Dr. Durost is the Founder and Executive Director of C.R.E.A.T.E! Center for Expressive Arts, Therapy and Education in Manchester, NH, USA. C.R.E.A.T.E! He is the recipient of the 2010 New Hampshire National Alliance for Mental Illness Award for Systems Change. Steven has presented, originated groups, taught as adjust faculty, and conducted workshops in over 11 countries. In 2022, Steven co-authored Experiential Therapy from Trauma to Post-Traumatic Growth: Therapeutic Spiral Model Psychodrama with Dr. Kate Hudgins, a substantial work on trauma-informed application of experiential action methods. Steven's work in psychodrama was nationally recognized in 2014 with the Zerka T. Moreno award from the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama. Steven has been awarded the Heroes of Justice Award by the YWCA Crisis Services for his work with the Male Sexual Abuse Survivor's Group and for being a first responder for human trafficking. Steven is also an international show kite flyer and professional Master's body builder in the 50+ category.
