Description:
Our world has shifted...technology is here to stay - smart cell phones, computers, Ipads, Facebook, instagram, and TikTok. The challenge is, how to stay in balance between using them for good vs allowing technology to run our lives. We will focus on how electronic boundaries and sabbaths will protect our privacy, attention and ability to be Present. We will learn kinds of different boundaries, find our words to say and set them, and practice together.
